Project management
We approach every job as its own project and manage it on that basis.
Our detailed approach to proper, upfront planning makes sure that we can avoid budget overruns and unplanned work that would cause time delays. We also make sure that the project being undertaken is actually the best fit for the client.
As advisors, we do not simply answer our clients' questions, we make sure that they are asking the right questions, and choosing the right options for their business.
Research and development

We start working before we even meet you, by getting our research and development done early. We spend time preparing a number of documents in line with the latest commercial and formal requirements. Because we put in this research and develop our products, you gain the benefit of efficiency in implementing the project on a tight deadline at a reduced cost because the background work has been done before your project kicks off.
Planning
Phase 1 of any project is to work with you to understand your current business and your plans for the future. We can then figure out what you are looking to gain from the project and work with you to ensure that you achieve the correct goals. We are then able to build a complete project plan, including a detailed scope of work broken up into phases, project timelines, and a fee proposal.
Building
If you accept the plan, in Phase 2 we will ask you for any information we did not already obtain during the planning phase and prepare the necessary transaction documents to start building the transaction. Our upfront planning allows us to prepare more complete first drafts which results in a more efficient process
Inspection and touch ups
During Phase 3 we will review the transaction documents closely with you to ensure that you understand everything and that the documents capture exactly what you need. Having built more complete drafts In Phase 2, Phase 3 generally requires the transaction documents to go through only one or two more versions before they are finalised.
Handover
LBI Consulting will manage the project until the final step and also assist with any implementation. By planning the project out, Phase 4 allows us to hand the key over to you so that you can enjoy a complete, ready-to‑use project.
